Plaintiff-appellant Rangen, Inc., an Idaho corporation, was the employer of Futrell, and the owner of the 40 foot trailer involved in the accident; plaintiff-appellant Rocky Mountain Trout, Inc., an Idaho corporation, owned the 1969 Kenworth truck-tractor towing the trailer. The corporate plaintiffs-appellants seek damages for the repair of the truck and trailer and for loss of use of this equipment. The Kenworth truck was leased by Rocky Mountain Trout, Inc., to Rangen, Inc., at the time of the accident.
