following a jury trial in the Anchorage superior court. For the crime of first-degree assault, Superior Court Judge Mark C.
Rowland sentenced Looney to 20 years' imprisonment with 5 years suspended. For the crime of fourth-degree assault, Judge Rowland
sentenced Looney to a concurrent term of 1 year's imprisonment.
